What you'll be doing- To analyze market opportunities in each country in SEAPAC.
- Build a strategy plan for what industry sectors/ countries match for our products according to our huge footprint in the world.
- Allocate sales resources to focus on industry sectors and countries.
- Working with channel sales and distributors for mid-market opportunities.
- Coach your sales member with sales methodologies e.g. MEDDIPPICC for deal qualification. TAS for account management or SPIN as sales expansion.
- Report your business to APAC sales director
What we're looking for- We are looking for a sales manager with experience in building a sales team in start-up environment and managing large enterprise customers in SPAC wide.
- The position also requires skill of people management with sympathy, spirit of helping people and training team members to be world-class sales experts.
- Accurate business plan and forecast is mandatory for the position.
- Passionate and visionary person is suitable to help customers realize business innovation.
You might also have- Experienced business outside of India preferably in North America, Europe or East Asia would help with shorter learning curve and efficient results.
