Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional machine learning engineering experience in the industry.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or projects that design and deliver complex ML solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with a significant impact on product direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong hands-on experience in the domain of large multimodal models.
- A strong academic and publication record is a plus (CVPR, ICCV/ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML).
- Deep understanding of large foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of the multi-task, multi-modal machine learning domain.
- Familiarity with the challenges associated with training large models and working with large datasets.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of analyses.
Education & Experience
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
