Represent the assigned accounts internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
Develop the account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign–off by the direct superior
Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by specific Account Marketing Plan, monitoring the sell-out and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account
Negotiate and enforce adidas trade terms
Be the primary leader of the implementation on Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set
Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives
Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces
Measure on own KPIs
Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
Ensure customer compliance with agreements
Requisite Education and Experience:
Business administration or similar careers degree
As manager of experts, al least 5 years management experience required
Fluency in spoken english
Advanced in Excel/Power Point/Power BI
Experience in working in cross-functional environments coordinating a diverse stakeholder set with different backgrounds and motivations
