Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal communications and supporting our brand and reputation. Through strategic internal communications, you’ll provide a wide range of services to our leadership teams in Finance and Operations, ensuring that key messages reach our internal audiences effectively.
The Communications Supervising Associate will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, contributing to and supporting the design, development, and management of internal communication strategies for the Operations and Finance functions of the US firm. You’ll assist in the execution of large, fast-paced projects, ensuring that communication initiatives align with the strategic goals set by the team, and by the organization as a whole.
You’ll co-develop concepts and content for internal communications, ensuring alignment with the strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior internal stakeholders to develop communication plans tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include drafting and executing messages through a variety of channels. These include webcasts, videos, presentations, emails and newsletters. You will also be scheduling and calendarizing various communications, collaborating with the Creative team to create engaging collateral, writing and scheduling articles for the intranet, and generally supporting the Finance and Operations communications team.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of relevant internal communications experience
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of/willingness to learn AI tools that enhance communication proficiency
- Familiarity with content management systems

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
