You will design, implement, and test systems for Security Engineers. You will use AWS services to build highly available infrastructure for these tools. You will implement security controls for our data storage and infrastructure. You will automate deployments, upgrades, and system changes.You will partner with security engineers and learn how they use our tools to protect Amazon’s operations. You will ensure that our systems can ingest petabytes of incoming data without slowing down. You will participate in oncall operations and keep systems operating for our partners across the company. You’ll uncover opportunities to build skills in cloud computing, security, and data engineering.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon Elastic Container Service.
