Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare monthly direct cash flow updates & balance reports which will be presented to the Treasury team. Work to align model with company Hybrid cash flow.
Working with Treasury analyst to align direct and daily positions weekly.
Primary banking service contact for Latin America
Ensure a high standard of controls and authorities over bank accounts and treasury transactions in accordance with policies. Work with the entities to update bank account signatories and issue bank guarantees.
Use technology and lean business techniques to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the global operational processes.
Ability to analyze data and provide insightful analysis that illustrates key cause and effect, business and value drivers.
Collaborate withcross-functional teams (tax, accounting, legal and divisional finance)and management, providing clear, logical recommendations in a concise manner, to either internal or external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills. Results and detail-oriented, team player, strong project management skills
Drive continuous improvement to gain efficiencies as the business continues to scale.
Integrate and provide on-board training to acquired companies, as appropriate.
Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
2+ years of Treasury experience
Effective communication and business collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global organization
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Excel. SAP, Bloomberg and programing a plus
Experience with GTreasury and/or Coprocess
Knowledge of bank connectivity alternatives (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
