You willreport directly to our Chief Product Officer and you'll work out of our Atlanta location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.

• Support the M&A team in identifying potentialacquisition targets and evaluating strategic fit
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions,including financial analysis and valuation
• Assist in deal negotiations and deal structuring
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape toidentify growth opportunities
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relatedfield
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers andacquisitions or related roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
