About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of the Business Enablement and Exam Engagement team within Shared Services Operations. The Business Enablement and Exam Engagement team drives resolution of issues from intake to completion providing advisory services and promoting engagement across all impacted LOBs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Support cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives:
- Support the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to business execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and sustainable solutions
- Perform assessments through fact finding and reviewing available data to determine themes and insights to support solving complex issues and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Actively owning the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
- Coordinating with other product owners in service of the customer experience.
- Defining and refining user stories, including business readiness stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.
- Identifying areas of potential risk and prioritizing conflicts across products and product areas.
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management; communicate emerging risks to management
- Design and coordinate the development of training materials and coordinate/or deliver training
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience or expertise within issues management, project management, an internal controls or risk function (e.g., internal audit, risk management, compliance, regulatory management), or consulting
- Understanding of the issue management lifecycle, risk, and control frameworks
- Experience with developing and tracking management metrics
- Experience in writing and/or assessing various issue and testing requirements
- Experience in monitoring or testing internal controls.
- Developing clear and concise reporting to be shared with Control Partners, Business management (Operation Units) and relevant stakeholders
- Providing Credible Challenge to the stakeholders as needed
