Executive Assistant, Ultrasound


Your role:

  • Support assigned members of the Ultrasound Management Team in effective leadership of their teams, independently delivering a full range of administrative tasks which involve a high level of responsibility and confidential matters.
  • Handle comprehensive and complex mail and calendar management, conduct meeting preparation and detailed visa/travel arrangements. Plan and organize (including logistics) internal and external meetings, including: team meetings, off-sites, customer and site visits, etc.
  • Provide administrative support in preparation for business meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for budget and purchasing orders tracking. Complete expense reporting effectively in Concur system.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external business relations.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Management Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
  • Your skills include:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Independently identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, escalating when necessary, and looking for solutions and improvement.
    • Flexible in adapting to fluctuating workload and able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
    • Expertise in Outlook calendar and mail management.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in a related field, preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re a proactive and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative and knows how to set priorities under high pressure. You have a naturally assertive attitude and strong communication, organizing and planning skills, and are both a team and independent worker. You easily connect with others and build a network you can work with in all levels of an organization.

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $33 to $53 per hour.
