• Lead business process discovery, supporting solution recommendations with capability mapping and the case for change.
• Differentiate SAP solutions through expertise, competitive analysis, and impactful storytelling.
• Provide clear answers to customer inquiries and guide internal teams to focus on customer success.
• Leverage digital tools like demos, presentations, microsites, and reusable assets for consistent messaging.• Effectively transition deals to onboarding teams or partners.
• Encourage adoption by reinforcing the vision and benefits of SAP solutions.
• Offer support during deployment to ensure customers achieve value from their solutions.
• Expand customer relationships by identifying opportunities for additional SAP solutions.
We are looking for a candidate with:
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, particularly with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or SAP Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO).
• Strong knowledge of SAP’s digital supply chain portfolio and competitor solutions. • Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions and familiarity with related business processes.
• Proficiency in value-based selling and value engineering.
• Confidence in presenting at C-level and enthusiasm for innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience with dynamic presentation tools like Prezi and video.
• Fluency in English and French
