Key job responsibilities
Daily, you’ll inspect the health of your business and our customers' experience. As the Vendor Manager overseeing all of eero’s outsource vendor partners, a typical day will consist of meeting with our vendor partners to review performance, identify opportunities and mitigate performance issues before they become trends. You’ll hold 1:1 meetings with vendor leadership and put together plans to meet performance expectations. You’ll work closely with strategic partners to drive initiatives and act as the voice of our vendor sites when reviewing long term strategic plans and goals. You’ll dig into details, working closely with Quality and Learning and Development to ensure our vendors are set up for success.As a Vendor Manager, you will:- Identify roadblocks, brainstorm solutions and drive resolution of problems- Establish and/or maintain relationships with outsource vendor partners, both domestic and internationally.
- Act as a liaison between sites and internal operations, ensuring an open and clear communication channel
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems and drive scalable solutions


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of business development or similar experience
- Excellent business acumen with a track record of success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights from complex analyses to internal and external entities
- Ability to think strategically and tactically with attention to detail
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success
- Capable of working closely with data and using analytics to problem-solve
