- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy, and online Performance and Brand marketing.
- Demonstrated a proven track record of building relationships with and selling to executives at the world's global enterprises.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Excellent executive level presence.
