Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, MIS (business perspective), Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience; or a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, MIS (business perspective), Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, or related field or related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in combination in providing people and organizational change advisory services in large-scale, end to end transformations for Finance, Supply Chain and Customer, IT, HR and/or Risk transformation strategic initiatives, including at least 6 of the following: Visioning and Strategy workshop design and delivery, Leadership Alignment and Development, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Operating Model and Organizational Design, Governance, Training, Competency Assessment, Talent Management and Culture Change.

Must have 2 years of experience in transformation management for large scale business transformation projects and programs.

Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals.
