Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following:.- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience in content regulation, privacy, media, communications, copyright or agreement law, as well as litigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience advising regulated industries involving enforcement of laws, or engagement with law enforcement or regulatory agencies, regarding digital content.
- Ability to work collaboratively, cohesively, and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
