In this role, you’ll:

  • Help define and design research methodologies for capturing key goals and targets. (KPIs)
  • Develop prompt engineering best practices and quality workflows – improve quality initiatives by applying data science methodologies, designing experiments to measure usage, and apply rigorous analysis to support data driven decisions.
  • Continual refinement of aspects of new AI tools (e.g. refining prompts to get better results, designing new workflows based on user feedback and research).
  • Measuring adoption of the tools and services our organization offers.
  • Designing and testing dashboards for presentation of our research, KPIs, etc (including provision of content for AI training), e.g. PowerBI for data such as customer feedback)
  • Integrating different data sources to create dashboards for initiatives that cross different LOBs.


Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Working with different data sources such as SQL, Node, elasticsearch and knowledge graphs – and integrating results for presentation.
  • Knowledge of Python, R and other tools used for statistical analysis.
  • Comfortable working with scripting languages.
  • Experience working with Java, and javascript.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Studying Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team dynamic.
  • Interested in statistics, data mining.
  • Enthusiasm for making things better!
