Key Responsibilities:

This role will report into the Head of Client Strategy Oversight and Execution – Financial Institutions & Wealth, within the newly created Client Organization. Collaborating with key regional / business stakeholders across Citi’s 5 key businesses, the broader Client Organization, and internal / external data and analytics teams, the candidate will have the opportunity to perform a variety of functions and contribute to the development of a critical and growing area for Citi.

  • Support efforts focused on building a holistic picture of the global client franchise across Citi, with a critical focus on Financial Institution and Wealth client segments, through exposure to a variety of topics in a fast-paced environment with challenging, multi-faceted projects.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of internal client data / metrics / KPIs available across businesses (including client revenue, wallet / share, client profitability, etc.) to support the development of strategic solutions for Citi’s key client segments.
  • Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, key client / industry trends and implications.
  • Help coordinate Client Organization routines, including preparation for regular meetings, and tracking / following up on key action items.
  • Conduct in-depth research and perform deep dives on key strategic clients and client segments to help set up initiatives, identify critical action items and drive execution.
  • Work with businesses on the execution of key centralized projects by coordinating feedback, acting as a point of contact, and taking active part in the implementation process.
  • Develop presentations for executive updates / communications to senior firm leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed.

What You Will Need

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem solving and quantitative analytical skills; Ability to synthesize large data sets and convey a clear story supported by findings.
  • High degree of flexibility and productivity; initiative and creativity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to engage senior management and key stakeholders across a global organization.
  • History of academic and professional excellence and achievement
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, ability to multi-task productively and result orientation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
