Your key responsibilities

You will become part of an established team that values innovative thinking and provide you with the tools to design a career path as unique as you are. With us, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Manage the delivery of operational due diligence, post-merger integrations and separation / carve-out engagements, reporting to a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner.
  • Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.
  • Apply your project management skills in an M&A process and develop a project plan for pre-deal, integration or separation.
  • Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and support to mitigate key risks and issues our client is facing as part of an integration or separation program.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the client organisation and facilitate senior stakeholder conversations.
  • Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and being responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.
  • Develop client deliverables in a fast-paced environment and conduct presentations to clients.

Skills and attributes for success

We value diversity of background, skills and experience in our team. We are on the lookout for individuals with:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of transaction experience in a reputable consulting firm, investment bank or corporate development team
  • Experience working with financial institutions such as insurers, wealth and asset managers and banks
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
