first or second-yearundergrads(class of 2028/2029) from US four-year universities in either of the following
, Humanor related fields
Demonstrate passion through involvement in relevant clubs, leadership roles, extracurricular projects, and more
Creativity and problem-solving mentality; willingness to develop new skills; ability to adapt to new experiences
The desire to learn new concepts and tools in a growing and evolving workspace
Passion for diverse work assignments and enjoy the opportunity to try innovative approaches to overcome challenges
Ability to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for our core mission
Extra-curricular interest in technical fields is a plus!
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Students seeking their first relevant industry or corporate internship experience
Marketing:
Ability to write creative and short-form content, and a solid understanding of how to write for your audience
You’ve built & optimized websites for yourself or others
Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats
Finance:
Strong understanding of Excel and knowledge of financial ERP systems
exposure to financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting
Basic knowledge of FP&A calendar, monthly/quarterly/ annual forecast, and close processes
Human Resources:
Meticulous organizational skills and the ability tomaintainand accurately track data by program and event in various systems and platforms
You have an eye for finding efficiencies and enjoy working with larger teams to address big projects
Fluency in MS Word, Excel,PowerPointand HR systems
