YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: • Support the use of Honeywell Accelerator and Honeywell Operating System (HOS)across the ACST organization
• Identify and implement process improvements and monitor progress towardsoperational excellence
• Train and coach employees on HOS principles and tools
• Collaborate and mentor individuals in lean and change management principles
• Support team strategy deploymentand operating system creation
• Lead and coordinate improvementevents The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for thisposition is $87,200.00 - $109,000.00. Please note that this salary informationserves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors whenextending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilitiesof the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, keyskills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process improvement, operational excellence,or business transformation roles.
• Must be a US Citizen and be ableto obtain and maintain a security clearance WE VALUE: We value candidates who may have one or more of the following skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Facilitating functional teamtraining and learning
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications
• Experience with Lean methodologies
