Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for executives and senior management.
Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Arrange logistics for meetings, such as room bookings and catering.
Travel Arrangements : Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives and senior management.
Document Management : Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.
Project Support : Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative support and coordination.
Office Management : Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, with at least 2 years supporting senior management or executives.
