Job Description
  • Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
  • Conducts job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending plan revisions to compete with market trends. Provides compensation recommendations to business partners based on •various factors, such as market trends and peer equity analysis, to remain competitive and equitable, as well as attract and retain talent.
  • Creates and prepares reports and presentations for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
