Sr. System Integrator

General Responsibilities

• Assimilate information and requirements from a variety of sources into one comprehensive view

• Manages complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplines

• Able to quickly understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions

• Recognizes and implements automation opportunities

• Leverage analytic and technical skills to implement standard patterns and solutions to increase design and implementation efficiency

• Actively learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems

• Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers

• Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors and business partners

• Demonstrate ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies to progress varied initiatives

• Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization

• A clear communicator across diverse organizations including technical, project, and business resources verbally and through written documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's Degree

• At least 2 years of experience with systems analysis and integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ years of experience in scripting Python and SQL

• 3+ years experience with systems integration

• 2+ years of experience with Agile

Chicago, IL: $115,900 - $132,200 for Senior System IntegratorThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
