Your attention to detail andcommitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of ourproduction operations.You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out ofour Baton Rouge, LA location on an hourly work schedule.In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that productsare assembled accurately and efficiently. Your dedication to quality controlwill help us maintain high standards and deliver exceptional products to ourcustomers.• Monitor andtroubleshoot the operation process.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality control
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

• Previous experience as aprocess operator
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and monitor process equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Process Technician Degree
