Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead clinical data launches across global markets
• Global product management of a high growth, complex, highly clinical therapy
• Serve as a liaison between commercial partnership teams, such as Health Economics and Market Access, Medical Education, and Scientific Affairs
• Drive collaboration and prioritization of sales communications for the division
• Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Customer Engagement teams, leveraging Voice of Customer insights to drive strategy implementation.
• Support execution of a new Software as a Medical Device launch by collaborating with cross-functional partners and the Sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience in simplifying complex messages
• Execute with speed and agility, while bringing others along
• Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to plan, execute, and track performance activity.
• Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience required
• BA/BS required
• Position requires ~30% travel

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s/MBA preferred
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently with little direction.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
