What You’ll Do:
Design and build the backbone of secure infrastructure—our secrets management platform trusted by Fortune 500s.
Engineer with impact: Coding - Containers - Container Orchestration
Develop high-performance, scalable systems using Golang , Java, Ruby , and Python .
Work with the modern stack: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Helm, Rancher , and more.
Automate everything : Deliver tools and infrastructure that remove manual work and reduce risk.
Deliver open source : Contribute to and create tools used by the developer and security communities.

5+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Go, Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL
Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, OpenShift
Familiarity with DevOps tooling: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet, etc.
Experience working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
A product mindset—you care about user experience, not just clean code
Passion for automation, security, and scalable architecture
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a collaborative, team-first attitude

The salary range for this position is $119,000 – $165,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
