In this role, you’re expected to:
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.
- Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk.
- Communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
- Work with line SMEs to identify inefficiencies in daily tasks and processes that can be added to the Book of Work for technology solutions to increase straight through processing and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of products and processes, and of how duties relate integrate with others in the team and closely related teams.
- Utilizes strong communication, interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially complex sensitive information, while being sensitive to audience diversity
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years of Markets Operations or Data Analytics/Management experience)
- Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment.
- Good analytical skills and positive attitude
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
- Strong risk management and control mindset+
- Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented.
