Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including 3 years of experience in the cloud industry
- Experience building scalable partner ecosystems for partners, mid-tier integrators, cloud integrators, specialized boutique partners, and global system integrators.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering Go-To-Market strategies and results.
- Experience with cloud provider ecosystems.
- Experience and existing relationships with partners in the specific market being covered.
- Knowledge of System Integrators/Service Providers, Independent Software Vendors, and public cloud solutions across Software/Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
- Technical knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
