Senior Workfront Implementation Specialist

What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Workfront Specialist you will collaborate with internal teams to assess business requirements, design and implement Workfront solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of their Workfront investment.You’ll partner closely with the Workfront product owner, Dell IT, group admins and business partners to drive adoption, create efficiencies and scale the Workfront platform.
You will:
Design, build and configure Workfront functionalities to meet business process and application requirements
Provide expert guidance on Workfront best practices and configuration techniques to optimize workflows and processes.
Train and support teams in adopting Workfront and its full range of features.
Troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder issues related to Workfront configuration and functionality
Stay current with new features, enhancements, and industry trends related to Workfront
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides
Ensure that the solutions provided meet the required implementation standards and align with the marketing end-to-end strategic goals
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront core design and configuration
8+ years of overall experience in a consulting role, working with enterprise software solutions
Workfront certification is required (e.g., Workfront Certified Administrator)
Solid experience in client-facing roles, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions
Ability to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in a Workfront environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
Experience in the implementation, configuration of Workfront Fusion.
Experience in integrating Workfront with other Marketing tools
