Responsibilities

• A senior resource managing partners with direct knowledge in large technology deals, with special focus on the following domains: Datacenter, Private Cloud, Automation, Cloud Services, AI/ML infrastructure.
• Help partner move into strategic areas for Juniper around ecosystems in Data Center, Automation and Networking for AI.
• Experience in developing sales and channel strategies, preparing proposals and quotes, and presenting networking and security products. Ability to map Juniper’s value propositions into a partner's strategic priorities to create compelling events for their sales force.
• Contribute to the territory planning process and assume ownership for its implementation
• Experience in selling Data Center solutions, Software Sales, and Cloud offerings.
• Provide reliable partner forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual interval.
• Ability to develop and execute a joint business plan with Partners and eco-system partners.
• Ability to demonstrate skills necessary for win/win negotiation of issues with peers, distributors, and partners required.
• Successful track record in meeting sales objectives
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and ability to work autonomously required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in selling Data Center solutions, Software Sales, and Cloud offerings through the Channel.
• 7+ years of working with Channel Partners to drive DC solutions.
• Must be self-motivated, a strong team player, and able to travel 50% of the time within assigned territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• College degree and 5 years sales experience in technology

Minimum Salary: $236,544.00

Maximum Salary:$340,032.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $236,544.00 and $340,032.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
