What you will do
- Work with IO design teams to develop test and validation plan for HBM and SERDES iterfaces
- Prepare and develop automation support to streamline testing across PVT
- Assist with debug of Silicon failures
- Measure transmit characteristics of high speed SERDES interfaces
- Measure and characterize power quality of EVB
- Measure and characterize clock quality of EVB
- Support new Silicon through the NPIE process
Who you are
You will be an avid learner, eager to learn and process new technologies and rules, and excel in documenting and communicating critical information to the team. You will possessdemonstrated communication, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation/documentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum BSEE with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with scripting and test automation
Preferred Requirements
- Hands on experience with Oscilliscope, TDR, and Spectrum Analyser measurements
- Experience with Silicon bring-up and interface characterization
