As a Customer Success Renewal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving SAP’s growth by managing the end-to-end renewal execution process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers and the extended Account team to deliver seamless renewal execution.
  • Interfacing with customers to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue on behalf of SAP.
  • Representing SAP with comprehensive knowledge of all internal process-related phases of renewals.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles to ensure your continuous success.
  • Promoting a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement, where your feedback will be valued to drive business enhancements.


Renewal Execution Tasks:

  • Providing end-to-end renewal execution support and maintaining knowledge of commercial negotiation, product portfolio, and entitlement metrics.
  • Supporting transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  • Leveraging internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
  • Possessing knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.
  • Understanding and deploying negotiation methods that benefit both SAP and the customer.
  • Being knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.


What you bring

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals.
  • Ability to navigate multiple SAP commercial software systems effectively.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process-oriented.
  • Clear communication skills, both oral and written, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
  • Fluent English & German
