As a Senior Specialist – Experience Research specializing in Experience Measurement, you'll be responsible for executing measurement research that connects customer feedback to behavioral data. You'll leverage surveys, data analytics, statistical methods, and customer listening posts to generate insights that support product decisions within your domain.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise
  • Lead projects and/or programs within the Experience Research family with moderate scope impacting the Product function
  • Utilize research methodologies to optimize user experiences using general parameters under broad supervision
  • May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues
  • Share best practices and insights with team members to foster a collaborative research environment.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field, Masters or PhD nice to have
  • Strong knowledge and application of statistical analysis and quantitative research methods
  • Proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with customer experience platforms and survey tools (Qualtrics)
  • Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and survey methodologies
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze quantitative research studies aimed at measuring customer experience
  • Experience translating datasets into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks and research operations
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product teams through data-driven insights
  • Experience collaborating with peers and supporting research initiatives
  • Ability to present quantitative findings in clear, accessible formats for diverse audiences

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
