Duties: Responsible for development and integration of web services for complex, high-volume, self-service mobile and web-based software applications. Leverage high-end tools and technologies to refine and improve development practices. Accountable for all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation in agile development lifecycles. Develop code, test, debug, implement, and support complex financial applications. Translate requirements into innovative solutions that provide an excellent client experience and align with the digital architectural roadmap. Collaborate with onshore/offshore contract resources ensuring adherence to company processes and standards. Support product testing, use acceptance testing to resolve issues in production environment, and provide technical support to clients for applications and operations issues. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Three (3) years of experience must include: Utilizing Java, Java2 Enterprise Edition, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and OraaS (Oracle as a Service) for database storage; Developing applications in Angular and Microservices; Working with programming languages including Java 8, Angular JS, and Responsive Web Design; Performing automated code quality reviews, code performance, unit testing and build processing with External Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Platforms/tools including Jenkins to interact with GIT/BitBucket Repositories; Performing testing utilizing tools including Postman and Swagger; Developing Agile Methodology Delivery Process using Jira tool; Utilizing Behavior Driven Development and cloud-based development; and Utilizing Jenkins and Splunk to deploy and check logs. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation.
