About the Role

This is a strategic role for someone who understands the evolving needs of service providers and can position our solutions to address complex challenges around scalability, performance, and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle within assigned service provider accounts, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand existing relationships and win new business across data center and network infrastructure solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their technical and business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support to ensure customer success.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities beyond Data Center , including DC Interconnect , Subsea Cable Systems , and Optical Transport technologies .
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts , pipeline management, and activity reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape , and emerging technologies relevant to service providers.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling , ideally within the service provider or telecom industry.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center technologies (compute, storage, networking, virtualization).
  • Experience selling or working with DC Interconnect, Optical, or Subsea technologies is a strong plus.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical partners effectively.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Technical background or certifications related to networking, optical transport, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working with tier-1 or tier-2 service providers in the region.
  • Familiarity with competitive vendors and market dynamics in the infrastructure and connectivity space.
