As theAI Accelerator Senior Technical Program Managerin the CSA CTO Production Team, you will be responsible for managing the production of durable assets and solutions across targeted industries and commercial solution areas.  You will use the production methodologies, frameworks, systems, and processes to guide a production team to deliver impact that meets our strategic and organizational goals.  As the connector between vision and production, you will help frame the solution vision with key stakeholders, represent business requirements and technical patterns, translate that into an execution plan, and lead a team of designers and engineers in the creation of the assets and solutions. By leveraging a predictable governance structure for production, you will propel the CSA CTO Production and Solutioning Teams towards greater operational efficiency and impact. This opportunity also allows you to hone leadership skills, to gain exposure to corporate leaders and business strategist, and to light up emerging solutions that mature into mainstream solutions in the market.  This role has flexible work opportunities with the ability to work from home.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years experience in designing, maintaining, creating reporting, and using Azure DevOps or equivalent project management systems.
  • 4+ years of experience leading program management of a large scale portfolio or project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in software engineering principles.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
  • 2+ years of experience in organizational change management and business process improvement
  • 2+ years of experience with a mix of technical and program management skills and experience planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, people, risk and communications
  • 2+ years of experience coaching teams and mentoring others in planning, organizing and coordinating their work
  • 2+ years of experience with clear leadership skills and experience working with large, diverse teams and interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and products
  • 2+ years of technical experience and knowledge of architecture, solution development and deployment techniques
  • Full lifecycle technical program management methodology (PMP, Prince 2, etc) certification
  • Understanding of Microsoft Commercial Solution Areas, and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions organization

Responsibilities
  • Manage a set of technical patters for AI and Cloud solutions through the creation of accelerators to be used by sellers and customers.
  • Deeply understand the technical patterns and associated business requirements, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution scope.
  • Oversee the production of accelerators, ensuring milestones, risk mitigation and quality bars are met and all gate reviews are cleared for on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Running the rhythm of business for production and that all systems and tools are updated and reflective of scope and progress.
  • Coordination and landing with GTM leaders, including leading community calls, showcasing with expert technical sellers, and supporting landing activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement and maintenance to all technical assets.
  • Provide clarity on prioritized backlog for bug, issue, and enhancement backlog to the maintenance team.
  • Primary stakeholder to the maintenance team for all owned solutions.
