Your key responsibilities

  • Alumni Portal Management – End-to-end internal portal management, content management, updates, reporting & job postings, maintaining EY Alumni data and tracking their movements.
  • Alumni at Account Reports - Reporting for alumni at specific accounts, identify & align. This includes performing extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
  • Managing internal communications - Content writing & management, newsletters & driving Alumni campaigns & SharePoint Sites Management
  • Alumni Research - Identify EY alumni through research using external sources LinkedIn, Sales Navigator (Team link connection), BoardEx, RelSci, Capital IQ, Avature, and open-source tools
  • Data reporting - Quarter statistics of alumni movements, trend reporting & several types of reports
  • Execute and continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Navigate and utilize relevant tools and platforms with proficiency to streamline tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with senior stakeholders, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability in managing deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures for complex programs to ensure alignment and success.
  • Support the UK&I team by overseeing governance, operations, and business-as-usual activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports, newsletters, and dashboards for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Execute change management initiatives as needed to support organizational objectives.
  • Maintain and update Board Member databases across various sectors using relevant tools.
  • Conduct market research using internal and external resources such as RelSci, BoardEx, LinkedIn, and Capital IQ.
  • Develop and maintain collaboration tools and portals to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Provide centralized PMO support, including strategy execution, methodology design, and deployment.
  • Anchor leadership forums, go-to-market events, and leadership visits by delivering impactful presentations, executive communications, and upstream business insights.

  • Ability to translate strategy into plans and plans into execution
  • Quick study: can learn the EY business, our buyers’ issues, and the solutions we bring to solve them across Areas and Sectors
  • Good balance of strategist, planner, and project manager
  • Creative problem solver; can tackle complex issue.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and the ability to develop trusted business relationships with senior stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong business writing skills essential, with the ability to create content independently with limited initial input
  • Ability to strike the right balance of work autonomously as well as integrate with other areas of the business
  • Good time and priority management skills across multiple projects under tight deadlines and with attention to detail
  • Post-graduate in Operations, Business Administration / Management, Marketing
  • 7 to 10 years work experience in one or more areas:
  • Operations Management & Excellence
  • Project & Program Management
  • Process Design & Improvement
  • Primary & Secondary Research

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
  • Agile program management experience
  • Experience in professional services or similar industries
  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is a plus
  • Experience with BoardEx is a plus
