Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to understand and document configuration and enhancement requirements for Certinia PSA and CPQ application.
- Ability to lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents.
- Perform as an expert in Certinia PSA development, Salesforce integration/extensions, and designing solutions using Force.com (including API, APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce Lightning Web Component, and other tools).
- Recommend & plan upgrades/patches and roll out of new features.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support on Certinia related tickets as per agreed SLAs.
- Partner with various IT teams for troubleshooting Certinia integration issues and customizations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
- Review solutions and recommend improvements.
- Demonstratable track record with Agile Development Methodology.
- Work closely with the team, internal Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and other Developers.
Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a team member working with Certinia PSA or similar application.
- Understanding of Professional Services business processes
- Domain knowledge of Configuration Pricing & Quote
- Understanding of reporting, data migration, flows, etc in Salesforce applications.
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Willing to work in shifts (EMEA / NA).
- Good to Have: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) Certification
