What you'll do

As a member of this user assistance team, you're responsible for the UA content of your scrum teams. This includes:

• Researching and defining terminology
• Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and that the texts conform to SAP’s standards
• Planning, researching, and writing the documentation (such as context-sensitive help, user guides) required by SAP’s customers. You will also be required to create product videos, and at times blog about a specific feature.
• Interactions with SAP’s customers, and partners on UA projects, where relevant
• Being the user's advocate on your scrum teams
• Help your teams move SAP's AI strategy forward

What you bring

• Technical writing experience is beneficial, but not required
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge of UA tools such as Ixiasoft, and SAP System documentation tools is beneficial
• Curiosity and creativity
