Duties: Perform systems management and integration functions and analyze requirements in support of system improvements. Work with end users to understand data requirements. Support the small business team as the centralized supplier of data and MIS for all functional teams. Create technical specifications and software using SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/MACRO, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/ODS, SAS EG, SAS STUDIO 5.1/7.1, SAS 9.3 and 9.4, Oracle DB, Teradata, Unix and Autosys. Maintain and enhance Risk Management department’s UNIX and SAS-based Horizon analytical platform and the mainframe legacy processes that feeds it. Confer with department stakeholders to identify new requirements, enhancements or changes in transformation logic in existing process or for new or updated reports, and modify and create new Tableau dashboards. Ensure the right transformation is implemented using SAS on Linux. Leverage BitBucket for code version control and Autosys for scheduling jobs. Conduct regular end user meetings to showcase new developments and clarify any transformation changes or technology issues. Ensure all control tasks are cared for and appropriate artifacts captured. Report and analyze any data inconsistencies to identify the root cause and escalate to appropriate department heads. Use PL\SQL developer to access Oracle tables before building Regulatory Reports and Operational Reports. Deliver oral or written presentations of the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management and other end users. Design, implement and maintain integrated SAS macro reporting/MIS system. Document tools and SAS datamarts for end user training. Provide routine MIS and ad hoc reports and analysis on credit quality, including origination, portfolio, collection and recovery performance, using base SAS on Multiple Virtual Storage (“MVS”) mainframe, Windows, and UNIX AIX platforms. Ensure the data integrity of all created SAS datamarts, leverage existing SAS control reporting around data quality to ensure that all data as created is per expectations. Provide data support for reporting and analyzing presentation materials, and manage key sub-processes used in account management processes, including behavior scoring, account monitoring, and trigger processes. Compute PSI (population stability index) using SAS on all model attributes to showcase if model is performing per expectation. Use MongoDB to analyze the deposit applications data and perform validations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Senior SAS Programmer or related position involving defining and implementing SAS coding standards. 6 years of experience must include: SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/MACRO, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/ODS, SAS EG, SAS STUDIO 5.1/7.1, SAS 9.3 and 9.4; Oracle, MongoDB; PL\SQL developer, Teradata; and Unix, Autosys.
