What you'll be doing - Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
- Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates
What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations, preference for US tech companies.
- Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
- Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in english
You might also have - Demonstrable track record of success in a global corporate recruiting environment
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS , GEM and Seekout
