- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders like engineering and product management.
- Experience in using data and technology to solve business problems with the ability to exercise judgment.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Large Language Model (LLM) prompting, tuning and implementation, coding, databases and querying, statistical analysis.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate issues into simple, clear, concise language.
- Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.
