Description
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills along with the ability to analyze business requirements and current business process. They will be able to present these requirements in clear detailed working user scenarios to ensure the system behaves in line with expectations. The candidate should be motivated and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes and methodologies
- Experience with automation framework and tools
- Familiar with one of the technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, Python, SQL, Scala, Databases, NoSQL, Web Services (Rest & soap)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in test data and environment setup for end to end testing
- Strong experience performing manual and automation testing
- Experience with Workday projects and deployments
- Familiarity with integrated Payroll solutions (ADP, PWC)
- Practical experience with timekeeping (WFM, UKG) & payroll systems
- Experience in working on complex technology projects either as an analyst, business analyst or quality analyst
- Expertise in HR operations, employee support and data administration
