Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage EY Ripples projects and focus areas centered on supporting impact entrepreneurs, including capacity building, mentorship, and access to resources.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for impactful projects and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage EY employees in volunteering and pro bono activities that support impact entrepreneurs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, impact, and learnings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in corporate responsibility, social entrepreneurship, and impact investing.
- Represent EY Ripples at external events, conferences, and forums to promote our initiatives and build relationships with key partners.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the EY Ripples team.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects, preferably in the social entrepreneurship or impact investing sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
