The Role:
Export Control Requirement:

· 5+ years of experience PCBA bring-up and electrical diagnostics for aerospace, consumer, automotive, or networking infrastructure
· Experience with PCBA rework including hand soldering of electronic components, automated component rework, following schematics/data sheets, PCBA staking/conformal coat application
· Experience managing external partners for PCB manufacturing
· Experience maintaining safety standards, consumable stock, tooling, and workflow in an electronics lab.
· Experience with common electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc.)
· Experience with PCBA inspection and failure analysis

· Degree in related field or IPC certification
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven track record of delivering results on time
· Experience in development of space based systems
· Experience working in aerospace manufacturing and hardware development
