We help our clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk in order to make the long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on their organization's ability to meet its future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are :
Financial Services Risk- helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Technical Excellence
- Execute tasks pertaining to aspects of supplier and contract management, including commercial and financial management, performance management, as well as relationship management.
- Perform contract leakage reviews and contract compliance audits.
- Support in implementing Supplier Management and Contract Lifecycle management tools/applications.
- Comprehend the various aspects of a typical contract, such as commercial, performance, service delivery, legal and regulatory.
- Utilise analytics and technology to assist with transformation initiatives.
- Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements.
- Regularly engage with internal/client stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Stay informed about leading practices, tools and technology, methods pertaining to Supplier management and contract management.
Skills and abilities:
- Ability to comprehend complex documents.
- Basic understanding of Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Management functions.
- Ability to analyse spend data, contract data and supplier performance data.
- Excellent time management and task management skills.
- Interpersonal skills with ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong MS Office skills and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Willingness to work in different time zones as per Client requirement.
- Ability to work with ambiguity or limited clarity.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, management, accounting, finance, statistics, or economics is preferred. We are open to consider committed and enthusiastic candidates from arts and science stream.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and Visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc. will be an added advantage
- Prior internship experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in a foreign language (Spanish/German/French, etc.) would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, SQL, etc. would be an added advantage.
