Key job responsibilities- Identify patterns and trends within inbound contact activity across developers and conduct deep dive analysis in order to provide concise verbal and written reports to leadership.
- Propose and drive innovative solutions and projects to improve the developer experience and support- Contribute to refining nebulous program, service, and/or feature launches into defined and scalable goalsA day in the life
As a Developer Advocate, you will work directly with developers handling incoming queries and dig into details to analyze and resolve issues. You will be interacting with both external developers and internal teams via a number of communication channels to drive solutions that meet developer needs. You'll toggle between a broad range of technological productivity and work-flow management tools including SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word and databases.

- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner

- Experience in technical support, preferably with problem ticketing, incident management, and/or issue escalation
