Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in the energy sector with exposure to renewable energy and wholesale and/or retail power markets
- 2+ years of experience with renewable energy asset management and Power Purchase Agreement management
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of energy or renewable energy experience [solar PV, onshore or offshore wind and other technologies].
- 5+ years of experience managing power purchase agreements, both physical and financial contracts for differences, for example Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPA)
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
