• Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP Basis domain.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP Basis administration with focus on Level 2 support
• Good understanding of SAP Basis Administration principles and concepts
• Hands on Experience with SAP Systems Installation, configuration and troubleshooting including experience with SAP Basis tools and utilities
• SAP HANA database administration is desirable
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a global setting with multi-regional teams, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences and across shifts
• Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements

What you will do:

1. Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests as Level 2 Application Management Specialist
2. Provide level 2 support for SAP Basis Activities including system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across SAP landscapes.
3. Support in the installation, configuration and maintenance of SAP systems including SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, BW and other SAP components
4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure reliability and availability of SAP Applications
5. Perform Routine System administration tasks such as user management, system backups and system upgrades
6. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
9. Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client (AUSTRALIA, ASIA, Europe and AMERICAS hours)
