Accounts Receivable Securitization or Asset Based Lending Field Exam, data analysis, or collateral monitoring experience.Effective written and oral communication and problem solving with internal stakeholders and front line to C-Suite level corporate clients.Degree preferences- Finance, Accounting, EconomicsThis role will be responsible for managing 3rd party Field Examination firms in their performance of ABF-Securitization field exams.The core duties include:Design detailed field exam scope and audit plan for each engagement in accordance with the prior exam findings, industry related collateral risks, and analysis of the Monthly Servicer Report.Monitor field exam progress to ensure timely exam completion by providing exam scope and structure guidance and client liaison as needed.Review Field Exam report and discuss and mitigate exam issues/findings with ABF Originations and Portfolio Manager.
Job Description- Facilitates seamless execution, ongoing administration, and internal reporting within the business. Oversees portfolios and/or customer requests of low to medium complexity in order to identify and mitigate risk.
- Report generation, including portfolio and asset level as well as business level financial and regulatory reporting.
- Perform or coordinate field exams. Review findings, reconcile with client as well as Credit and sales teams to ensure that established field exam plans and procedures are adhered to.
- Execute ongoing deal administration and surveillance plans: review and approve borrowing requests, setup and monitor covenant reporting requirements, and review servicer reports, field exams, and other information. Evaluate market and economic data to determine impacts. Review and interpret loan documents and servicing agreements. Escalate issues accordingly and manage credit risk and compliance documentation.
- May engage in frequent verbal and written communication with internal and external parties, which may include Commercial Lending Operations, Finance, Accounting, Credit, customers and their representatives, outside counsel, agencies, other banks or field exam firms.
- Manage compliance with documented policies and procedures surrounding the business. Perform controls intended to mitigate risk and facilitate testing of those controls and other processes by internal risk partners and external auditors / regulators.
