In this role you will gather requirements from a large number of customers and stakeholders, explore existing and emerging technologies inside and outside Amazon, map out opportunities and gaps between them and build a technical roadmap and deliver on it. A day in the lifeA day in the life* You will spend 65% of your time collaboratively designing, building, testing and deploying new features in the authentication experience.
* You will spend about 15% of you time doing stand-up, planning, retrospective, project meetings, and 1:1s.
* You will spend 10% of your time focused on growing yourself. We invests in our people. We have dedicated support for learning programs, and learning focused recharge weeks a couple times a year.
* The last 10% goes to team events, and extra-curricular activities. Things you enjoy doing, and benefit the team or Amazon, but are more about you. That's things like interviewing, presenting, or building your knowledge and network.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
